The new winter collection is here!
'Do you train all winter long?' This is a question we get more often now that the weather is getting cooler. THE ANSWER IS YES! Why would you think that? The answer is simple: it gives you energy! By exercising in the open air, you produce more endorphins than when you work out indoors. Endorphins are a happiness hormone that your body produces when you exercise. This is how you make sure that that well-known winter dip stays outside your door! With the lower temperatures and darker days, many people tend to stay indoors more often. A nice sports outfit is a good way to motivate yourself to go outside and work out. So the autumn is a perfect time to add to your sports wardrobe.
To capture the new Rogelli collection, we organize a photo shoot twice a year. For each shoot, we choose a nice location that suits the look of the new collection. This year we travelled to Luxembourg. Luxembourg, a small country that has surprised us during our fall/winter shoot 2021 with its idyllic nature, perfect bicycle roads and picturesque villages. The Rogelli Team set off together with the bicycle models to Diekrich District. Here they visited beautiful places like Clervaux, Esch-sur-Sûre, Bourscheid castle, Vianden and Müllerthal.

Attention to the latest developments is also reflected in the design of our cycling helmets, the design is streamlined and sleek. No lack of new technological applications in our new collection!
The new Fall/Winter 2021 collection is practical but also fashionable. With the returning reflective accents you are more visible in the dark and thanks to the timeless prints and patterns your clothes will never go out of fashion. Pleasant winter colours can be found throughout the collection. For men, we see subtle patterns of horizontal stripes and plain jackets with subtle colour accents this winter. For women, fade designs are popular, in which colours flow into each other. Also this winter, the clothing new collection is equipped with various functional details, such as waterproof zippered pockets, elastic cuffs, breathable panels, silicone grip, advanced airblock technology details and much more.

Winter tips
To ensure that you can really enjoy the distances you cover and get the best out of yourself, we have a few more winter tips:
- The warm-up, the start of your training, has always been one of the most important parts of your workout, but in winter it is even more so. Your muscles are colder and there is less blood flow to them. So just run up and down the stairs a few times or do some burpees, the step over the threshold to the outside is only a small one.
- No way you are going to walk around in shorts and a shirt at 0 degrees. The perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a new (warm) outfit! Layers are a must in winter. Is your heart rate rising and do you feel yourself starting to sweat? Take off one layer. Refreshed? Then put on another layer.
- Of course, lighting is extremely important if you want to go out early in the morning, late in the afternoon or at night. Make sure that you are not in danger and that you are clearly visible. Vests with lights or flashing lights come in all shapes and sizes! Check out our HI VIS products now.
- Give yourself a goal! In the cold months, you often lack the motivation to stick to your exercise routine. Therefore, make sure you have a goal in mind that you want to train towards. A big or small goal, it's all possible! Do you want to burn off the Christmas dinner or are you aiming for a summer body?
- Reward yourself. Besides setting a goal, the prospect of small rewards also helps. Treat yourself to that new pair of sports trousers or a short break when you reach your goal.
- Keep track of your progress. Seeing that you are making progress is perhaps the best motivation! Keep a training schedule and write down your results after each workout. Was this lap faster than the previous one, or did you gain a kilometre? Write it down and be proud of your achievement!
- Suppose we get an Elfstedentocht after many years and it is below 0 degrees Celsius, then put warm/blue water in your water bottle. Warm water ensures that you literally become warm inside. This means it takes less energy for your body to get the water up to body temperature, leaving you with more energy to get the most out of your training.
- To stay extra motivated and to hype each other up, find a buddy you can work out with. Make sure you have someone you can stay in shape with. So you have someone who is always there for you. After all, you can't just let your buddy down.
