Order

How can I order from Rogelli?

Ordering at Rogelli is easy and fast. Your order is finally completed after you have received the order confirmation in your e-mail box. Below is a step -by -step plan to make your order as easy as possible.

1: Select your products
Select the correct size and click on the 'In shopping basket' button. The product is now added to your shopping basket. If you want to order more pieces of one product, enter the desired number. Have you found all the items you wanted? Then click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen. You will then enter your order overview.

2: Check your order
In the order overview you can check whether your order is correct. Take a good look at whether the number, size and color are satisfactory. If something is wrong, you can still adjust this. The prices include VAT.

3: Enter the delivery address
Enter the delivery data for the designated fields. All mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk.

4: Choose the shipping method
You can choose from two types of shipping methods: have your order delivered in two ways.

5: Choose your desired payment method

You can choose from 4 types of payment methods:

The check mark "Invoice and shipping address are the same" is automatically checked. Do you want your order to be delivered to a different address and is the billing address different from the shipping address? Then check the square and enter the correct shipping address on which your order must be delivered.

Can I also buy the webshop items in the store?

Our collection is large and is getting bigger! Very nice of course, but therefore not all stores can sell our complete collection. Are you curious if there is a store in the area that sells Rogelli? Then go to our Store locator.

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?

Alle bestellingen die op werkdagen vóór 15:00 uur worden besteld, worden dezelfde dag nog verstuurd. Dus mocht je een wijziging willen doorgeven of de order, gedeeltelijk, willen annuleren kan je dit dezelfde dag vóór 15:00 uur doen. Je kunt dit doen door te mailen naar customerservice@rogelli.com of nog sneller door te bellen naar (085) 2030210. Wij zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag bereikbaar tussen 9:00 en 17:00 uur.

Kan ik een bestelling plaatsen zonder account?

Ja, dat kan! Je kunt gewoon het bestelproces doorlopen en wij zorgen dat je bestelling zo snel mogelijk wordt verwerkt. Wil je liever een account aanmaken? Dat kan zowel vóór als na je bestelling. Met een account heb je altijd overzicht van je eerdere bestellingen, kun je sneller afrekenenen blijft je persoonlijke informatie ook veilig opgeslagen.

Which payment options can I use?

At Rogelli you can use various safe payment methods. You have the following options:

  • iDeal
  • Clarna
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
iDeal

iDEAL is de populairste betaalmethode in Nederland en staat bekend om zijn betrouwbaarheid en gebruiksgemak. Met iDEAL betaal je online snel en veilig via de vertrouwde omgeving van je eigen bank. Je kiest iDEAL als betaaloptie en selecteert vervolgens de bank waarbij je bent aangesloten. Ten opzichte van andere online betaalmethoden biedt iDEAL diverse voordelen:

  • Betalen met iDEAL gebeurt direct; een registratie of het aanmaken van een account is niet nodig.
  • De betaalmethode is eenvoudig en snel: je gegevens worden automatisch ingevuld en je ontvangt meteen een bevestiging zodra de betaling is afgerond. 
Klarna (achteraf betalen)

Met Klarna betaal je pas nadat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen en hebt besloten deze te behouden. Deze flexibele betaalmethode bieden wij je graag aan, zodat je zorgeloos kunt winkelen. Klarna maakt het mogelijk om nu te kopen en later te betalen, zodat jij eerst kunt ervaren of een product bij je past. Kies je voor betaling binnen 30 dagen, dan stuurt Klarna je hiervoor een aparte factuur. Deze ontvang je nadat je de bevestigingsmail van je bestelling hebt gekregen, per e-mail of via de Klarna-app. Privacy staat bij Klarna centraal en is zorgvuldig geregeld binnen het kopersbeschermingsbeleid. Je gegevens zijn goed beveiligd en misbruik wordt actief voorkomen. Met de Klarna-app heb je eenvoudig inzicht in je betalingen en kun je openstaande facturen snel en gemakkelijk voldoen

Creditcard

Kies je in de checkout voor betaling met creditcard, dan vul je het creditcardnummer, de vervaldatum, de beveiligingscode en de naam van de kaarthouder in. Zodra de betaling is bevestigd, wordt je bestelling direct verwerkt.

PayPal

Met PayPal betaal je eenvoudig door je PayPal-e-mailadres en wachtwoord in te vullen om je bestelling af te ronden. Deze betaalmethode is bij veel klanten populair voor online aankopen. Heb je nog geen PayPal-account? Geen probleem: je kunt er gemakkelijk een aanmaken en eventueel koppelen aan je creditcard.

What should I do when I get an error message with my payment?

On Rogelli.com you can pay with four different payment methods. You can pay securely in the webshop with iDeal, bank transfer, credit card and Klarna. With every order you will receive a clear invoice with detailed information about the order and the invoice amount.

Are you still unable to pay? Then check the points below:

  • Is there sufficient balance on the chosen account?
  • Is the payment limit of your account sufficient?
  • Is the 3D Secure Code of your credit card activated and well set?
  • Has the credit card been blocked or expired?

Dispatch

Can I also pick up my order?

With the payment overview you can choose the Pick up option, if your order is below € 30, the shipping costs will of course be canceled with this option.

We give you a signal by phone or e-mail when your order is ready. You can add a note to your order to indicate what of these two you prefer.

When can I expect my order?

Of course we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order in our webshop on workdays before 3 p.m., your order will be prepared for the same working day for delivery. We ship your order with DHL.

Can I follow my order?

That's possible! Following your order is possible via the track & trace that you receive from us after completing your order. In general you can then follow your order from the evening or the next day.

I have received a track & trace code, but the link does not work. What can I do?

Sometimes the Track & Trace code cannot be followed immediately after completing your order. For example, because the package has not yet been collected from us by the delivery service. In general you can follow your order that same evening or the next day. Does the link still not work? Then contact us and we will be happy to help further.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

If you place an order above € 30.00 in the Netherlands or Belgium, you do not pay any shipping costs. Do you place an order under € 30.00? Then € 4.95 will be charged.

Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

Does your order have to be delivered over the Dutch or Belgian limit? Then check the shipping page for the correct shipping costs.

Wat moet ik doen als mijn pakket beschadigd is aangekomen?

Het is vervelend als je bestelling beschadigd bij je aankomt. Natuurlijk lossen we dit graag samen op! Neem zo snel mogelijk contact met onze klantenservice op, zodat we de schade kunnen beoordelen en een passende oplossing kunnen bieden.

Return

How do I return my ordered items?

Can't you enjoy your order as expected? You can always return your item to us for free within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item is returned to us in its original state with labels & packaging. We cannot treat damaged and used items as a return.

  1. Pack the items (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging.
  2. Go to our online registration tool, enter your order number and e-mail address and follow the steps.
  3. Return the package within 30 days in the way you choose.
  4. We will process your return shipment within 10 working days of receipt.
I have returned my order. Do I get my shipping costs back?

The shipping costs are repaid for a (fully) returned order.

My purchased article appears to be defective, how does Rogelli solve this?

Have you purchased a Rogelli product through our webshop with a defect? That's a shame, but we are happy to help you! Contact us via: customerservice@rogelli.com And together we will come to an appropriate solution.

Before contacting us, it is important to add the following documents:

  1. A valid purchase voucher or confirmation of your order
  2. A description of the production error
  3. Photos of the product with visible production error
I am not satisfied with a Rogelli product, but I bought at another webshop or store. Can I contact you?

In this case we recommend first contacting the webshop or store where you have placed your order. The seller is responsible for your order. Don't you get out of it together? Then we would like to hear this and we will gladly help you further.

Kan ik mijn bestelling ook ruilen?

Wil je een ander product of een andere maat? Dan kun je het snelst een nieuwe bestelling plaatsen via onze website. Zo ontvang je het gewenste product het snelst. Ruilen of reserveren via de klantenservice is helaas niet mogelijk.

Hoelang duurt het voordat ik mijn geld terug heb?

Zodra wij je retour hebben verwerkt, ontvang je hiervan een bevestiging per e-mail. Het terugbetalen van het bedrag van de geretourneerde producten gebeurt binnen 10 werkdagen via je rekening, creditcard of door af te melden bijKlarna. Wij zijn afhankelijk van de vervoerder, maar doen er alles aan om je retour zo snel mogelijk af e handelen.
