At Rogelli, you can return your item free of charge within 30 days. That way, you stay comfortable on the bike and beyond. Ordered through a partner or marketplace? Please register your return directly with them, so you can keep enjoying every ride without worries.
Return Conditions
- You can return your ordered items within 30 days.
- Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge.
- Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Would you like a different size or colour? Simply return the product and place a new order.
- You are only liable for any loss in value if you use an item more than necessary to assess it. If you notice an issue when opening your parcel, please contact us straight away at customerservice@rogelli.com or +31 85 2030210.
- Once we have received your return, it will be processed within five working days. After that, your purchase amount will be refunded.

Return
Can't you enjoy your order as expected? You can always return your item to us for free within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item is returned to us in its original state with labels & packaging. We cannot treat damaged and used items as a return.
- Pack the items (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging.
- Go to our online registration tool, enter your order number and e-mail address and follow the steps.
- Return the package within 30 days in the way you choose.
- We will process your return shipment within 10 working days of receipt.
The shipping costs are repaid for a (fully) returned order.
Have you purchased a Rogelli product through our webshop with a defect? That's a shame, but we are happy to help you! Contact us via: customerservice@rogelli.com And together we will come to an appropriate solution.
Before contacting us, it is important to add the following documents:
- A valid purchase voucher or confirmation of your order
- A description of the production error
- Photos of the product with visible production error
In this case we recommend first contacting the webshop or store where you have placed your order. The seller is responsible for your order. Don't you get out of it together? Then we would like to hear this and we will gladly help you further.
