Return conditions
- You can return your ordered items within 30 days.
- You are only liable for the depreciation of the articles that are the result of the use of the articles, which goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the articles. If there is something with one of your ordered products when opening your package, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Returning one item or your entire order in the Netherlands is free.
- After receiving your return shipment, it will be processed within five working days, after which the purchase amount will be refunded.
- Return shipments without sender are stored at our head office for a maximum of one month. The customer can report through customer service. After this period, the package will be processed via its own administration.
